At Skiis & Biikes, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your outdoor adventures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or bring your item and original receipt to any of our retail locations to begin the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the gear is in its original condition with all tags attached, and pack it securely in the original shipping box if returning by mail.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it at the nearest carrier location, or hand it over to our in-store staff.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or finalize your exchange within 3-5 business days.
